The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Cosmos Hotel. Breakfast is also served here for hotel guests. At lunchtime, a business lunch is offered here, which I attended here. I had a salad with chicken, delicious. Baked halibut with vegetables was rather tasteless. Good carrot cake for 80 rubles. Total 350 rubles. for two courses plus a separate dessert.
