Had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional. Special mention to Mr. Harsh (Front Desk) and Mr. Utpal (Room Service) for their excellent service and their attitude of going above and beyond to accommodate my needs !! 10/10 would visit again.
