I have stayed here for 02 nights. Overall stay was good. Front Office staff are very kind and helpful specially Mr. Harsh. He is very professional and very attentive. Room was very good and cleaning was also good. Restaurant staff are very helpful.

What I really liked about the place was the hospitality of the staff. Especially Arvind from the catering team and Dinesh from the housekeeping department, who were extremely polite, attentive, and ensured everything was comfortable and well-maintained throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm behavior truly enhanced my overall experience.

I had a one night stay at the hotel. I booked through MakeMyTrip and seeing the rating, I was little bit skeptical. I was travelling with my son. But somehow, I missed to add him in the guest. Going through the reviews, I thought that I have to cancel the booking as most of the guest have review that staff is not cooperative. But my first impression was good as manager readily told me that kid’s(8 years) stay is complimentary. Reception staff was courteous and helping. In reviews it was mentioned that any service request or call to reception was not answered but contrary to that, everyone was very cooperative. Some reviews mentioned that toiletries were not available but that was not true. It was available. Room including washroom was clean. I did not find any bad smell in corridor or room as mentioned in some of the reviews. Hotel is well situated, with market nearby. Breakfast menu was limited but food was good. Checkout experience was also quick and good. I went with low expectation but my experience was pleasant. Thanks to all the staff
