The hotel is lovely, well maintained - the food was excellent during breakfast and the service was even better. Adil and Chandan served us during breakfast and they made sure we had a wonderful experience and served hot and fresh food. Everyone from the cleaning staff to reception staff has been warm and helpful. If I were to visit Bilaspur again I would definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you and keep up the good work!

We had a wonderful experience at this venue for our wedding celebrations. We stayed for 2 days and hosted 3 different functions, and everything was managed seamlessly. The service was excellent, the food was amazing with plenty of good-quality options, and the staff was extremely polite and cooperative throughout our stay. A special mention to Roopali, who was our point of contact and truly made a difference. She gave great advice, was always available, and was very accommodating with all our requests, which made the planning and execution stress-free. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, with good room service as well. Overall, the venue offers great value for money. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding or special event.

I form komal enterprises company a had syay here last one a week. Food is superb and service is excellent.. And lot od rrom and gum is here and also banquet here.. Spa also here totally i called star category hotel... Special thanks to chandan singh... Next time i will recommendate my friend and my members visited here..
