The staff here are wonderful! From security to the Casa employees, everyone is friendly and helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. The facilities are well-maintained, and the direct mall access is a huge plus for convenience and safety. Also, the food is fantastic—every dish we tried at breakfast and dinner was sumptuous. I can't wait to return!

My wife and I had so much fun traveling to Manila, Philippines. Staying for a month at Park Inn by Radisson made it easier for our stay. Each and everyone at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating from the reception desk down to everyone at the front door. The people that clean our room daily our very helpful. Made friends like Rita at the gate and Ed. We want to stay again at Park Inn on our next trip back to Manila this coming December 2026!

Park Inn is like our second home when we’re here in the PI visiting. Since it’s inside the mall- everything is very convenient. The staff from security and front desk are always polite and helpful. Shoutout to food service staff-Queen, Mariel, Ashley, Angelica, Laarni and Angelo. Always feel being cared for by them and always checking on everyone. We always enjoy the nice spread of breakfast items. We’ll be back.
