Location was very good since its in the center of QC. The FO Adrian was great and efficient when it comes to my request since, we arrived early. Housekeeping attendant Jen and Jasmin thank you for making our room clean and neat most of the time. To the Security on duty tho I know its not your job to help us in our luggage your help is highly appreciated. Breakfast buffet "oh dear don't miss it" welcome to the Philippines ❤️ salamat po sa uulitin.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would like to commend two staff members who really stood out. Rita, the security guard, was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. She always greeted guests with a genuine smile and had such a cheerful and positive attitude. Her friendliness made the atmosphere feel warm and comfortable every single day. I would also like to recognize Alvin from housekeeping. He was very attentive, polite, and did an excellent job keeping the room clean and well-organized. His dedication and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Both Rita and Alvin truly made our stay more enjoyable. Staff like them are a big part of what makes a hotel experience memorable. Highly recommended!
