We were in town for the weekend Hiraya festival. We got to the hotel in the evening, and found that our dates were wrong - we booked the next day instead of our arrival date. Unfortunately, booking with Agoda meant that it is technically no longer refundable, but Yanna from the front-desk offered to call corporate to get our refund approved quickly so we can rebook and actually have a place to stay. We really appreciate the empathy and initiative shown!

The room is always clean. Housekeeping is very attentive. The front desk agent is excellent. I would use this hotel as my home base in Asia.
