From reception to dining to checkout the staff were friendly and helpful, I would have no hesitation to stay there again if i was in the area. I have rated this according to the level of hotel it is and not against full on luxury hotels. Compared to other hotels of the same advertised quality this place is up there with the best. Easy to find. Plenty of secure parking and easy to find. Highly recommended.

A really good one-night stay right through from checking in to departure. Lots of free and safe car parking. Nice bar with decent food. Customer service is exemplary. Very close to motorway and Bescot Station. Highly recommended.

Despite our room being on the road side of the hotel just across from the motorway and train station we were able to sleep well. The hotel is also immediately next to the Walsall FC stadium and home games can make for busy traffic for a short time. What most contributed to our positive view of our stay was the friendly, professional and helpful staff. If our travels take us to the area in future, we'll certainly consider staying at the Park Inn.

"An Enjoyable 2 Night Stay"

No problems with this well staffed, clean and well maintained hotel. Friendly greeting on arrival, good description of services available and times. Room spacious, clean, well appointed. Bar Hub well stocked, prompt friendly service. Only small reservation is there is low traffic noise from M6 in the distance.

Really nice staff and great with kids and the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable good for the wedding that we had defently will be staying again greate staff thank you very much for you're service
