Pros: *Room and bathroom was clean and provided many outlets. They give two pillows per bed side. *Hotel breakfast buffet offered a large variety and quantity of food. The restaurant has several tables, so I did not struggle finding a table to eat. *Location - The Alexanderplatz area has several shops and restaurants around. There was a large Christmas market next to the hotel. Trams and subway station was next to the hotel. The Berlin TV tower is a few minutes walk from the hotel. *Elevators - The hotel had at least 12 elevators. Cons: With the room size being small, there wasn't much table space for me to set my electronics and other necessities.

I have visited the hotel a few times and the staff really makes coming there an amazing experience. They are super professional and friendly. The rooms are a little bit dated and the elevators are a bit weird... recommend the hotel!

Fantastic location to explore city. Staff very helpful and lovely bar to have a drink. We upgraded our room and was worth it. Ideal location for all the Xmas markets.

Park Inn is fantastically centrally located. The hotel provides good service. I have stayed there before and will come again. I still hope to come and stay high. This time I was on the viewing platform for the first time, great experience.

fabulous,busy,large hotel opposite berlin tv tower.Arrived 3 hours before check in but thankfully our room was ready and we were quicly processed.The hotel has 37 floors ours was a little lower.Our room was spotless clean with magnificent views of berlin.You should be aware there is no bath but a glass shower with only a modestly curtain to prevent embarrassment when showering.For 6 euros you can go to the hotel roof and admire berlin.I suggest that you do not need to pay 30 euros to go to the berlin tv tower as the hotel is nearly as high.Breakfast was served downstairs in the restaurant.Food choices were many eggs how you like them,bacon,sausage,hams,fruits,yoghurts,cakes and much much more.The hotel has a delightful bar and is very reasonable too.
