Good modern hotel with lovely helpful staff at a perfect central location

Perfekt location, friendly straff and nice view from 28th floor. The breakfast could be more various. Good value for the money :)

A large hotel conveniently located on Alexanderplatz - easy transport links from the airport and other areas of the city. The area feels safe and you can walk to many of the top attractions in Berlin. Also close to the Nikolaiviertel where there are many restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable- other guests have mentioned the “in room shower” with just a curtain, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Coffee pod machine in the room and reception staff happy to replenish supplies. The breakfast was excellent, huge choice and plenty of it, never had any problem getting a table. The hotel has a small roof terrace on the 37th floor (6 euros charge) where you can get a drink and watch the sunset. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Can’t beat the location or the efficiency of this hotel. It’s on top of the U-Bahn, beside 3 main tram lines and about 200m from the S-Bahn - although it felt a lot further when pulling my suitcase over the gravelly ice! Check in was super-efficient, not 100% accurate but the mistakes were very easy to fix. The bed was comfy, the rooms were set up as requested (surprisingly uncommon) and the shower had nice temperature and pressure. No fridges in any rooms, but reception staff were able to refrigerate our medications without any hassle. Down sides - the room was small but workable, and there is minimal privacy if your are sharing with someone you are not very close to - there are no bathrooms as such but frosted glass around the toilet and clear glass around the shower - not ideal for our teenagers who shared a room but they coped. Lifted are surprisingly efficient for such an enormous hotel. All in all, I’d say it’s convenient and no frills in all the right places.

We had an amazing stay! It is so close to everything you want to see in Berlin. It was very classy and for the price we payed I didn’t expect it to be as nice as it was. The atmosphere was great and the staff were amazing. One thing I would say is the privacy in the room isn’t great, the shower and toilet is participates with frosted glass and the shower is fully glass with a shower curtain partitioning from the rest of the room. There is so many amenities in the room including shoe shining cotton pads and coffee pods. The room was very clean. The hotel itself was very quite however you can here emergency service vehicular through the whole night which is no fault of the hotel. If you are booking through a third party definitely get breakfast included as it’s more expensive to do it spontaneously. The food was great and we had an amazing stay and were planning on going back in the summer. We also had an amazing view from the 19th floor
