The Bell Tower is located in the center of Xi'an. It was built by Emperor Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty and has more than 600 years of history. It is the largest and best-preserved bell tower in China.
The Xi'an City God Temple is a cultural heritage site under national protection. Founded in the 20th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1387), it was relocated to its current location on Guangji Street in the 8th year of Xuande in the Ming Dynasty (1433). The Small Wild Goose Pagoda, also known as the Jianfu Temple Pagoda, is part of the Xi’an Museum. It was built during the Jinglong period of the Tang Dynasty. The Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the ancient bell in the Jianfu Temple are collectively known as the Yanta Morning Bell, one of the Eight Scenic Spots of Guanzhong.
The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda stands within the Daci’en Temple complex in southern Xi’an. Originally built in 652 CE during the Tang Dynasty, it was initially a five-story brick structure. Following several reconstructions, it now rises seven stories to a height of 64.5 meters.
