"Great place to stay when in London"

This hotel is in a great location, right next door to the Warren Street Tube Station and just a few minutes walk from the British Museum. Just around the corner is the Prince of Wales Feathers Pub, which is a great local watering hole. The rooms at the hotel were very clean and comfortable as were the common areas. The staff were uniformly welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was both plentiful and tasty.

"Wonderful stay pre cruise"

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days prior to a cruise. We booked through Princess. We couldn’t have been happier. The bed was comfortable, although the room was small ( as in many European hotels), it was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was included and was spectacular! Delicious real scrambled eggs, 2 types of bacon, beans, broiled mushrooms, potatoes, cereals, both hot and cold, pastries and croissants, juices and coffees and teas.. Amazing. The best part was the staff at the front desk. Wendy especially was very helpful. They called cabs for us, had excellent suggestions for dinners, and were extremely efficient and pleasant. I actually left our passports in the room safe and they arranged to have them delivered to us. What a relief! I would suggest this hotel to anyone.

"Fabulous hotel with great location"

This is an excellent hotel!! Very good location. Lots of shops and supermarkets are nearby. Hospital and two tube stations are also nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. AC is available Hotel service is excellent. All the staff are helpful. Lots of tourist attractions are nearby. I highly recommend it!👍👍

"Great hotel and staff"

What a great experience. We had let the hotel know it was our granddaughters birthday. From the moment we checked in we were thoroughly looked after. All the staff made our granddaughters stay one that she will never forget. Particular thanks to Barbara who went the extra mile. All the team were very friendly. We will be talking about this trip for a long time. Many thanks!
