What a fantastic place to stay in Zagreb! I have traveled extensively and written many hotel reviews over the years, but I honestly cannot recall ever giving a 5-star rating to any hotel I have stayed at—until now. Art’otel Zagreb has earned my first-ever 5-star rating! My husband and I were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, especially Sara (or Sarah), who checked us in and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about our room and the hotel. She also provided excellent recommendations for Zagreb’s major attractions, all conveniently within walking distance. When we needed a private transfer from Zagreb to Budapest, she went above and beyond by recommending a reliable driver and arranging the transfer for us. The driver was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced, making our journey smooth and comfortable. Although our room was relatively small, it was thoughtfully appointed and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure and a heavenly rainfall shower head. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the room, from the artistic touches and adorable espresso cups to the smart-home electronic controls. Everything felt carefully designed to combine style, comfort, and convenience. We also enjoyed the hotel’s spa and rooftop bar, where we could relax and take in beautiful views of Zagreb. These amenities added another wonderful dimension to our stay. What truly sets Art’otel Zagreb apart, however, is its exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful assistance with our onward journey, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. It is this combination of stylish surroundings, comfort, thoughtful design, and personalized service that transformed a great hotel stay into an exceptional experience. We travel frequently and have stayed at many wonderful hotels, but Art’otel Zagreb stands out as a truly memorable experience. We would happily return and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zagreb. If we return to Zagreb, Art’otel will be our first choice!

What a fantastic hotel! Very modern but comfortable. The staff were incredible and so very helpful especially Teo Buinac who helped me with some translation for my daughters nut allergy. Rooms were lovely bed was comfortable and the location was great within walking distance to everywhere.

Comfortable hotel in central location. Staff very helpful. Had an issue on arrival. Immediately remedied and upgraded. Room comfortable, spacious and quiet. Lovely breakfast. Would return.

We had the most fantastic family stay at Art'otel Zagreb recently! The hotel has an extremely perfect location right in the center, making it so easy to explore everything on foot with the kids. Our rooms were spotless, super modern, and the air conditioning worked like a dream during the warm summer days. The staff went completely above and beyond for us, always greeting us with huge smiles and offering great local tips. Breakfast every morning was fresh and varied, with so many delicious choices that everyone in the family loved. In the evening, the rooftop bar was truly the place to be, offering a wonderfull atmosphere and stunning views across the city skyline. You really get so much value for what you pay here. We can hardly wait to come back next time we are visiting Croatia, could not recommend it more!

Great hotel! Perfect location. Nice and clean rooms, perfectly conditioned. Helpful and polite staff, top quality service. Great and delicious breakfast. The atmosphere on the roof top bar is amazing. Good value for money.
