The hotel is awesome, but if the weather is good, be prepared for a very busy & chaotic pool area.(robsheldon)

We had a really relaxing time at this lovely hotel. Staff are great, hotel is stylish, location is excellent. Pool was very busy but a member of staff helped us find chairs as some people had left and just left their towels on them. The rooftop bar is a really relaxing place to chill in the evening and have a cocktail of two of your choice. Yes the drinks are pricey but as a treat it was so nice. Our room was really stylish. Only a minor point but we were allocated an adapted room - the toilet was higher which was fine but the sink was very low with a mirrored cupboard above which made it difficult to use the basin. The shower had a drench head which was wonderful but it was slow to drain the water away. This wasn’t a problem for us, it’s just a small point. Would really recommend this lovely hotel. Did I mention the breakfast? Just perfect to start your day off

Third time to stay here, we got off to a slightly bumpy start during the tennis at Wimbledon in 2025 which the hotel dealt with brilliantly and this was the second visit back since....staff are excellent ,facilities and location are perfect, the more I stay the more I love it!

It was my birthday and hotel went an extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. We have been upgraded to a room with a nice view, bottle of prosecco, cupcake, card, writing on a mirror saying happy birthday, balloons in the room - it truly made a difference. Rooftop bar and heated panoramic swimming pool were fantastic, me and my husband enjoyed it so much. After that we headed to the spa which was just perfect. Hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and super quick - we’ve requested dental kits and housekeeping were outside the door in no time! Room service was super quick too. We had amazing time at this hotel and I’m looking forward to come back again!!!!

Amazing staff team . Positive energy exactly what you’re looking for when going into a hotel specially here in london. makes u feel welcomed and could’ve honestly sat and stayed with them the entire day . rooms are amazing a-swell couldn’t ask for a better hotel to stay at specially with all the restaurant beside it and its location being in the middle of the city
