Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Cost was at the upper end of our budget but worth it for a bucket list trip. From walking in to a gorgeous fragrance and super helpful and courteous staff to the amazing rooftop pool with one-of-a-kind view of Battersea Power Station our stay was awesome. The room (king plus on 6 floor) was spacious, clean, with coffee/tea and robes/slippers for use at the pool or spa. Our view from the room wasn’t great - over the rail lines and Battersea dog and cat home - but sound insulation was great and the bar and rooftop had great views of the chimneys. The location was fab - felt very safe, short walk from the underground, lovely Thames walks and park close by, plus shops, eateries and bars. The only negative was that we struggled a bit with the lights from the tablet and ended up turning all the lights on (not ideal for a night bathroom visit)

Other than a minor mishap with some staff members. Rude ness and in-politeness. This was an exceptional experience and I'll never forget my time here.

2nd stay at this hotel & once again fantastic. Love this hotel & location. Staff & service outstanding. Amazing facilities with the pool, well appointed rooms, great à la carte breakfast. Excellent & can’t wait to return. Thanks to all staff for looking after us.

A truly brilliant London stay! Staff were incredible, the bar is fantastic and the rooftop pool is a must! I’ve stayed both as a family and a couple and had equally brilliant experiences. Bedrooms are impeccably clean, drinks are brilliant and location is iconic!! We’ve booked to go back in November.

We had the most amazing rooftop experience at the hotel! The croquettas were amazing as was the service! We had a problem with our room and the receptionist dealt with it straight away it was so efficient. We can’t wait to come back!
