A great hotel right in the centre of everything. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. On arrival I was offered a welcome drink which was a nice surprise. Bedroom was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I had dinner in the restaurant. Fab cocktails in the bar and a delicious lamb dish for dinner. The gym is bright and has really modern equipment. It didn't feel too busy. Hotel was really clean and lots of little extras in the room made it very comfortable. I will be back.

My stay at art'otel Amsterdam was fantastic and easily one of the most memorable hotel stays I've had in Amsterdam. The first thing that stands out is the location. You are just steps from Amsterdam Central Station, which makes arriving from the airport and exploring the city incredibly easy. Many of Amsterdam's main attractions, canals, restaurants, and shopping streets are within walking distance, making this an ideal base for both first-time visitors and returning travellers. As a Radisson Rewards VIP member, I was fortunate enough to receive an upgraded room, and it made the experience even more special. One of the coolest surprises was finding premium Marshall headphones in the room, a unique touch that perfectly matched the hotel's artistic and contemporary personality. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and luxurious, with a design that feels far more distinctive than a standard chain hotel. The attention to detail, comfort, and overall atmosphere made it somewhere I genuinely looked forward to returning to after a day exploring the city. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay, while the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were excellent. A useful tip for future guests: if you're arriving by train from Schiphol Airport, this hotel is incredibly convenient. You can walk from Amsterdam Central Station to the hotel in just a few minutes, saving both time and taxi costs. What I appreciated most was the combination of luxury and personality. Many upscale hotels offer comfort, but few manage to feel this unique and memorable. Between the location, design, VIP recognition, and thoughtful details, this hotel delivered an experience rather than simply a room. I would highly recommend art'otel Amsterdam to anyone looking for a stylish stay in the heart of the city and would happily return on my next visit to Amsterdam.

Absolutely amazing staff, great facilities and central location with main sites are within short walking distance.

We stayed at the Art'otel at the end of April 2026. The location of the hotel is excellent. Check in was done quickly and our room was ready ahead of schedule. The receptionist was very helpful and did her best to try and find us alternative room with a full size bath with canal view. The room we kept was spacious and very comfortable with a lovely view of the canal basin and central station. The hotel is modern and very clean and well maintained. Lovely art pieces dotted around the public spaces. Breakfasts were excellent with freshly cooked items and a very good choice. Staff around the hotel were friendly and always acknowledged us as we walked around the hotel. Although we did not use the swimming pool and gym it did look amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again

Smart trendy and very comfortable hotel with magnificent views of central station and the canal. Easy to get to all the main attractions and some great restaurants nearby. Lovely staff made us feel really welcome and whole art and design vibe very well executed. We had a great stay.
