We stayed here in late January. The hotel is excellent warm comfortable and spotless. Hotel is located across canals from Amsterdam Central Station. Close to and within walking distance to everything and there are taxis and excellent tram service if your not a walker. The staff in this hotel are the best we’ve come across in a long time always ready for a chat or to offer assistance or advice. From those on reception , concierge , dinging room staff housekeeping and bar staff special mention to Tim the “Aussie” and to the Chefs, always ready extremely helpful friendly and chatty. Enjoy the walking, amazing place and watch out for the bicycles.

This one is long overdue hats off to the entire team of Art Hotel who took care of me like a family the 3 days I stayed were made memorable by Mirela, Daniela, Denisa and Anna. With Jamal, Brian and Steven checking on me giving me directions and ensuring I came back on time I couldn't have felt safer as this being my first solo trip I was really sceptical earlier. Last but not the least Chef Andre and Chef Jonny along with the servers Marianna and Gloria ensured that I had something on my plate considering my Vegan diet. Location is just wow centrally located right opposite Bus Station and just near the market too. You could'nt go wrong with this hotel the staff treats you like family. The memories still make me smile because of you guys I was still home away from Home Thanks a lot

We stayed during late Jan, perfect location a stones throw away from Centraal Station, couldn’t fault anything. Incredibly friendly and professional staff, nice breakfast and warm and cosy rooms.

Welcoming hotel from entrance to departure.Always greeted with a friendly smile.Well appointed room with exceptional view overlooking canal and central station.No noise from inside hotel .Comfortable bed and excellent room amenities and cleanliness . Loved the quirky extras and fluffy towels. Bar comfortably friendly and relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. Many thanks particularly to Mireia who made our 4 night stay so special. Reasonably priced and good value for hotel of this standing.We would not hesitate to stay here again Cathy & Graham
