"Fabulous stay, friendliest hotel staff, excellent location"

We've just returned from a long weekend break at this hotel and whilst I rarely leave reviews, we felt it important to praise this little gem. What a find! Fabulous location, opposite the station and close to EVERYTHING. The front desk staff and especially concierge were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever come across and we've travelled a lot. Nothing was too much trouble, concierge personally escorted us to the spa area because it's a little tricky to find. We would have been fine but such a nice touch. Recommendations for restaurants or places to visit were fab and again all done with such enthusiasm that felt genuine and friendly rather than forced or just to tick a customer service box. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is excellent — right in front of the central station. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful — brand new, clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and an excellent view. We really enjoyed our stay. The interior design, based on the specific art concept “Course of Life”, was also very interesting.

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Great staff who go over and above to make your stay a great one! Clean, well taken care of. We enjoyed our prepaid breakfasts.

Let me sum up our experience - we would love to stay here again. The rooms are delightful and excitingly decorated. The lighting and decor are wonderful. Everything works. They even have a closet. The toilet is separate to the rest of the bathroom. The breakfast is outstanding and fresh. The staff are warm and welcoming. The location is excellent. It is a 3 minute walk from the train station. We did the walk with all our luggage and we don’t travel light. Thank you. This hotel is a wow recommendation

This hotel was so convenient. Nearbres, walking distance to waterfront and some sites. Short walk to the trams or back to Centraal Station to take train to sites like Haarlem (wonderful quaint town) and the airport Our room was spacious by European standards and the bed was comfortable. Had dinner one night at the restaurant and the paella was very good. The only issue I had was that room cleaning was delayed on the weekend (big event in town) and the pool area, while pretty, needed some cleaning attention. We would definitely stay here again.
