Wonderful hotel in the hills in Lonavala. The facilities are very nice. The grounds are beautiful. Staff has been attentive. There are many activities offered. I had a nature hike with a very nice naturalist on staff. I don’t remember his name but he was very knowledgeable and made sure I was safe and comfortable! Swapnil in housekeeping is fantastic and has kept us very comfortable. The restaurants are very nice especially the rooftop restaurant! Rooms are good , spacious and clean. Well priced, I think it’s a good value. I would recommend!

The Radisson in khopoli is must recommend for stays they have very good service amd additionally the breakfast is worth trying, the chefs here helped us according to our requests and Sakshi Gupta one of the chefs provided a really good service for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Experience was delightful. We enjoyed the overall stay Pros - warm f&b staff , polite and receptive . A shoutout to sneha from restaurant staff who made our son’s birthday memorable with a personalised cake and song Cons - the front reception staff can be more accommodating to simple requests that a guest makes . There were multiple instances that were bluntly dismissed which seemed to be rude and non caring

The location is excellent, especially for those visiting Imagica and the water park. The helpdesk team and Mr. Arif were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. They even provided shuttle service, and when we needed medicine, they kindly arranged for a driver to pick it up from a medical shop. This thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. A special thanks to Himi for the exceptionally good food and outstanding service, and to Purnima as well for her excellent hospitality. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and well-maintained bathrooms. The rooms are quiet and noise-free, making the stay even more relaxing. Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended for its excellent location, cleanliness, delicious food, and especially its warm and caring staff!
