Wonderful staff all around! The receptionist was welcoming and efficient, Risalat and Ise in the cafeteria were incredibly kind and attentive, and the chef made perfect eggs every morning with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay special.

Laaribi writes: Recently built and nicely located near the emerging business hubs in suburban Riyadh districts, 15-20 minutes from King Kahild international airport with access to big avenues to avoid rush hour traffic, Radisson Hotel & Residence Riyadh Olaya is a great hotel for business people, international consultants and tourists alike. On arrival, the receptionist was welcoming greeting me with a large smile, and near the reception coffee, tea, dates, other fruits such as apples are available around the clock (24hrs), testament of the legendary Arab hospitality. I was offered a “superior room”, with a fantastic view of the high-rising Tamkeen Tower. The room was spacious and very clean, with a large bathroom and extra bath products, slippers and cotton bath towels, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, WiFi, etc. A mini kitchen is available with a double electric burner, and tea, coffee, and water are offered for free and supplied daily. The floor of the room was mixed of carpet and wood, and doors, tables and shelves are of a quality wood which made them very comfortable and put them at a 5* hotel standing! I personally enjoyed the breakfasts with food well cooked, and some manually in front of you, is delicious and tasty, with quiet a good variety, something to suit all tastes (although, if it caters more to international ones). In my opinion, the success of Radisson Hotel & Residence Riyadh Olaya is due to its great management team: for example, the duty manager Mr. Alaa, in a traditional dress and with a constant smiling face, is always present at the hotel monitoring the day-to-day operations and following-up the staff with his attention to detail and emphasis on meeting guest requirements. The result is that the staff (from receptionists, porters, waiters, coffee store staff, “cuisiniers”, housekeepers, therapists…) is working with dexterity and acting very friendly (You may tip them but you don't feel as if you have to). Most reviewers (more than 95%) were delighted, like me, and gave an excellent rate. I am quite amazed by the only reviewer who hasn’t rated well Radisson, I assume that most of it for futile reasons that have nothing to do with the basic services of the hotel (late arrival or noise from the nearby construction...). It was my first time I spent 6 days in this superb Radisson hotel, but I will come back in the end of April, and for sure, I will stay in it.

Ein gutes Hotel für Geschäftsreise die Metro ist 10 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Das Frühstück war gut, schöne Zimmer. Manko es gibt nur ein Sushi Restaurant und ein Café in der Nähe. Das Personal im Restaurant war nich so hilfreich habe einen Kakao bestellt nie bekommen, Kaffee bestellt als Antwort kam hol in dir selber
