- One-day meeting: Welcome coffee, meeting sessions, networking breaks, buffet lunch, afternoon presentations, and closing remarks.
- Two-day conference: Meetings and keynote sessions, networking breaks, buffet lunch, evening dinner, followed by workshops and a closing session on day two.
- Three-day event: Meetings, breakout sessions, networking lunches and dinners, an optional gala dinner or social event, and a farewell breakfast before departure.

Coffee breaks come with cookies and fruit to bridge the gap between sessions, while lunch is served as an open buffet or a set menu, depending on what suits your group.
