Our stay at Radisson Collection Resort, Galle exceeded all our expectations! Our room was beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and creating the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The resort itself is stunning, featuring beautiful two swimming pools, elegant surroundings, and direct beach access that made every moment unforgettable. The dining experience was truly exceptional, especially at Namikaze Restaurant. Every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, with an outstanding selection of Japanese, Asian and some international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Every dining experience was memorable thanks to the outstanding Food & Beverage team. A very special appreciation goes to the lovely hostess, Ms. Jayani, who truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She was always available to assist us with a warm smile and ensured everything was perfect throughout our dining experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care stood out from the very beginning. She patiently explained every dish on the menu, provided excellent recommendations based on our preferences, and always made us feel welcomed and valued. Her cheerful personality and attention to every guest reflect the highest standards of hospitality. She is truly a hidden gem to the team, and her dedication deserves special recognition. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa, where we enjoyed an incredibly relaxing treatment in a peaceful atmosphere. Das ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in Sri Lanka. Aber mein erster in diesem fantastischen Resort, unmittelbar bei Galle und jeder einzelne Tag war unvergesslich. Ich wollte unbedingt einmal wieder nach Sri Lanka, weil dieses fantastische Land mich schon bei meinem ersten Besuch fasziniert hat. Und es war wieder wie ich es in Erinnerung hatte. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Resort hat aber meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Nicht das hervorragende neue Hotel, nicht die enorme Sauberkeit, nicht das fantastische Essen, das uns jeden Abend serviert wurde. Es war die besondere Zuwendung von jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter. Wir wurden selten so herzlich von der Rezeption empfangen. Dasun vom Housekeeping hat uns jeden Tag mit seinen Künsten überrascht❤️ Bellboy Nadun hat uns zu einer besonderen privaten Tour unterstützt. Dann die Jungs vom Beach Service, die uns unser Bettchen am Strand fertig gemacht haben - so einen Service findest du in Europa vergeblich. Nicht zu vergessen die fantastischen Mitarbeiter vom Restaurant wie Pawari, die geduldig jeden einzelnen Wunsch zum Frühstück erfüllt hat oder natürlich Mahesh, der uns jeden Abend begleitet hat oder Kawishka und die vielen anderen, die unseren Aufenthalt im Resort Radisson Collection Galle zu einem unvergesslichen Moment im Leben gemacht haben - auch nach drei Monaten nachdem wir wieder zurück sind - nochmals an alle kann ich nur Danke sagen.

Ich war für 2 Nächte in diesem super schönen Design Hotel. Bereits die Ankunft war perfekt & sehr charmantes Personal. Das Zimmer eine Suite war mega & die Aussicht fantastisch. Der Front Pool mit coolem Sound & einer Bar. Der hintere Pool perfekt zum schwimmen. Ich war im Cave Restaurant draussen am Pool essen. Die Menü Auswahl sehr gut ebenso auch die Getränke Karte. Nur 20 min. Mit Tuk Tuk zur Galle Festung. Die Lage ist perfekt!

Vom herzlichen Empfang beim checkin, über die grossartigen Frühstücke bis zum Strandbarteam, alle Mitarbeiter haben mich extrem verwöhnt.
