  • Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch sehr guten Service aus. Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Die Bäder etwas klein. Die Betten sehr komfortabel. Im Restaurant gibt es sher gute Steaks und die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich.

  • Schon der Empfang an der Rezeption durch Sujan und Radina war sehr warm und herzlich. Ich hatte das Business Zimmer gebucht, dass eine schöne Größe hat. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war top (inkl. Wasserkocher, Safe und Nespresso-Maschine). Durch die zentrale Lage kann man viel zu Fuß erreichen, aber da es in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt, bekommt man nichts von dem Trubel in der Oxford Street mit.

  • Wir sind wieder in unser Hotel eingekehrt. An der Türe hat uns "Sonnenschein" Beatris in Empfang genommen und sofort fühlt man sich hier willkommen. An der Rezeption hat uns Sujan empfangen. Er hörte, dass wir deutsch sprachen und sofort begrüsste er uns in einem reinen Deutsch. Also, wer gerne jemand braucht der deutsch spricht - verlangt einfach Sujan. Im übrigen ist die ganze Crew sehr kundenfreundlich eingestellt. Wir hatten ein Mini Suite und die war Platzmässig der Hammer. Das nächste mal nehmen wir wieder so ein Zimmer.

  • Seit Jahren buchen wir dieses Hotel wenn wir in London sind. Das Hotel liegt an pefekter Lage. 1 Minute zu Fuss zur Oxford Street. In 5-10 Min. zu Fuss im Hydepark. Ist echt zu empfehlen. Jörg und Evelyne

  • Perfekte Lage! Super Personal, welches sehr aufmerksam und freundlich ist. Faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Beim Check in habe ich ein Upgrade in ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Es war der gepflegt und trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Es gab eine große und gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.
