After a long and tiring drive, I arrived unexpectedly, uncertain whether I would be able to find a room for a few nights. Ştefania, the manager on duty, immediately took charge and worked tirelessly to overcome every obstacle and make my stay possible. Her determination and genuine kindness turned what could have been an even longer day into a wonderful experience. After such a long journey, Ştefania’s efforts felt nothing short of magic. We had a very modern quiet room with a balcony and view of the mountain. The rooftop pool and bar was very relaxing. The hotel is next to the old town pedestrian streets and restaurants. The hotel has a great ambiance and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Great food and very friendly service

How can an international chain of hotels be anything other than bland and universal? Well this one is an absolute star and dispels our preconceptions! Outstanding! From arrival and the valet parking through reception, restaurant, service and friendliness this hotel is, most probably, one of the best we have stayed at.
