Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel, Stockholm のモダンなミーティングセンターには、広さの異なる 17 室の会場があり、最大 150 名様まで収容できます。採光、開放感、利便性、テクノロジーを重視して設計された、創造性を刺激する空間です。
各会場には個別の空調システムを完備し、より快適にお過ごしいただけます。液晶プロジェクターと無料の高速 Wi-Fi を常時無料でご利用いただけます。また、ほとんどの会場にはヴァーサガータン通りを望むパノラマウィンドウがあります。
Presentation and hybrid meeting technology
Our meeting rooms come equipped for the way people actually run meetings. Every room has an LCD projector, a wireless presentation-sharing system, conference speakers, and a television, so you can move from a slide deck to a video call without stopping to reconfigure anything.
Several rooms also have digital whiteboards for working sessions where the thinking happens live.
For hybrid meetings, a number of our rooms are fitted with high-quality screens, which keeps colleagues joining remotely properly present in the room rather than an afterthought at the edge of the conversation.

イベントの細部に至るまでしっかりとサポートし、登壇者と参加者の皆さまへスムーズで洗練された体験をお届けいたします。
- 開催スタイル：対面、オンライン、それとも両方を組み合わせたハイブリッド形式でしょうか？オンライン参加者のおおよその人数もお知らせください。
- 登壇者のサポート：マイク、演台、登壇者用のモニターなど、必要な備品をご用意いたします。
- 映像の準備：スクリーンやディスプレイ、発表用機器（ノートパソコン、HDMI ケーブル、プレゼン用リモコンなど）の使用についてお知らせください。
- 音響の設定：お一人のご登壇か、複数名でのパネルディスカッションか、お知らせください。
- 録画・配信：イベントの録画やライブ配信のご予定はありますか？必要に応じて、本番前のリハーサル時間も組み込みましょう。
- 当日の運営体制：タイムスケジュールを確定し、進行・転換の担当者をあらかじめ決めておくとよいでしょう。
