2018-07-09ここのホテルに宿泊していたので利用しました。
ホテルの客室数に対して席数が余りにも少ないため、ずいぶん前に予約しないと思った時間には予約が取れません。
私は仕事の関係で年間150泊ほどホテルに泊まる必要があるので、レストランの使いやすいホテルというのもポイントの１つになります。宿泊している人間は事前にそのホテルのレストランを予約するということは余りせず、できればwalk-inで入りたいというのが本音です。
このホテルでは何軒かバーやレストランが入っていますが、全ての店舗において顧客の気持ちを無視した作りです。
店の雰囲気も作りもfancyさを出そうと、W Hotelのような少し奇抜なライティングなどを施していますが、料理が美味しく見えず、大失敗だと思います。
料理も大したことはありませんが、そういったサービスの面で星２つとしました。
逆にホテルの近くに数店ある日本食レストランの方が好きです。
よほど出歩くのが面倒で事前に予約の取れる方以外はお勧めしません。
