ICHI Sushi festive opening times: Open for dinner on 25 and 26 December from 17:00–22:00, and on 31 December from 18:30–23:00.

2013-08-29ホテルに泊まったときに利用しました。ロンドンのレストランは外れが多いよと聞いていましたが、その期待をいい意味で裏切ってくれました。
やや暗い照明の雰囲気もいいですし、ざわざわしていず落ち着いて食べられます。店員さんは急がしそうでやや気づかれないことも多かったですが、しかしきちんと対応してくださったと思います。
何よりお料理が美味しくて、コンテンポラリーのフレンチということですが、抜群に美味しいです。少しコリアンダが入っていたりして、実験的な感じもありましたが、しかし素材の味は殺さず、タイミングが丁度良く出てくる一品一品には感動しました。ラムにしても魚にしても、焼きすぎということがなく、ラムはミディアムレアでお願いしたところまさにその通りに出してくださいました。
味は薄味ということも濃い味ということもなく、丁度良いです。シェフの名前の名字は日本の名前でしたが、そのせいかどうかわかりませんが、日本人好みの味付けだと思います。量も多すぎず、盛り付けは簡素で洗練されています。日本人で滞在される方には是非オススメしたいです。
