Deepak was the most polite, humble and helpful throughout. Also, the food is amazing and the stay is relaxing, calm and courteous

We were mpressed with the overall experience. Athe level of hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. All.the team from F&B, chefs, front office house keeping, Porters and the helpers were all caring and carried an excellent attitude towards work. Namely Vijay and Meena from the restaurant who looked after us for the breakfast and dinner. They were exceptional and a great asset to the hotel with fabulous attitude towards guests and their work. Special appreciation also goes to the chefs for consistently delivering delicious, high-quality dishes that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to stay here and enjoy the hospitality!

Excellent hospitality and warmth. The staff at reception and restaurant go beyond with smiles and making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Shout out to Mohan in housekeeping, Mukesh in technical services and Neetu along with entire restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are cozy and luxurious. The shuttle service, afternoon teas and stargazing session add a little something extra. Even travelling with parents and two little ones the stay remained wonderful. Would definitely be coming back.

Room Stayed for 2 nights on the 2nd floor with a valley view. Bed size was small but cozy, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Package included breakfast and complimentary high tea, which added value to the stay. Shuttle service to Mall Road was convenient and reliable until 8 pm. Overall, the room offered a pleasant stay with good amenities, though a slightly larger bed would have been ideal. 🍴 Restaurant Hospitality at the restaurant was commendable, with special appreciation for Mr. Shyam and Ms. Meena who made the dining experience warm and welcoming. Food quality was average; meals could have been served warmer, especially during winter. Good variety of options, though seasoning was on the lighter side. Live music and magic shows were available during dining hours, adding entertainment value (though I couldn’t attend). Complimentary high tea was a nice touch, enhancing the overall package. 🌟 Overall Experience Excellent hospitality from both check-in and restaurant staff made the stay memorable. The combination of cozy rooms, entertainment options, and attentive staff created a very good overall experience.

One of the best located hotels in Nainital overlooking the lake. Calm & serene surroundings. Hospitality was top notch Room cleanliness & sleep comfort v good Enjoyed the paid service of star gazing in the lawns of the hotel V good experience of stargazing & watching the night sky. Only two things that I would want to suggest 1) Complimentary high tea shd have some warm savoury item& small veg sandwiches The salty & sweet cookies were disappointing We stayed for 3 nights but preferred to have tea in our rooms as high tea was utter disappointment. 2) The hotel shd provide RO water in glass bottles for making tea / coffee & bisleri bottles for water consumption. This will drastically reduce plastic waste.
