I stayed with my family in Namah Nainital. My mom and dad had a problem with the bed mattress being hard. Met Braj Kishore and talked to him. He solved the problem family Enjoyed it a lot.Thank you

The staff and food is great…we had lovely breakfast ..love the rooms and location.. very accessible as they provide free shuttle to the mall road.. must recommend.. special thanks to Kajal. For the outstanding service during breakfast.
