Had a wonderful experience at Namah by Radisson! The ambience was beautiful, the hospitality was warm, and the overall experience was truly memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, and special appreciation to Chef Bhushan for preparing such amazing dishes. Everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and made our dining experience even more special. A big thank you to Simran at the restaurant for her warm, attentive, and courteous service. She made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommended for great food, lovely ambience, and excellent hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at Namah Nainital with our family for three nights, and I can confidently say that, by far, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we have had in Nainital. From the very beginning, the entire team made our stay special. Our check-in experience was made extremely smooth, warm and hassle-free by Shikhar from the Front Desk. He was courteous, welcoming and an excellent advisor throughout our stay. It was raining cats and dogs in Nainital during our visit, which meant that we could not explore the city as much as we had planned. However, the wonderful hospitality at the hotel made staying in all the more enjoyable. We stayed in the Premium Balcony Rooms with terrace, conveniently located right next to the lobby. Extremely clean, prim and Proper & Absolute Value for money from its competitors. Since we are above 60 and were travelling with our children for our yearly family outing, the location and comfort of the room were particularly convenient for us. ⭐ Exceptional Food & Hospitality On check-in, we were introduced to the restaurant manager, Mr. Mukesh Raj Joshi Ji. Being a big foodie, I am quite particular about my food choices, so I had already communicated my preferences to the team before our arrival. Mukesh Ji is an extremely intelligent, warm, exceptional and well-informed professional. He took the time to understand all our requirements and ensured that every detail was followed. Our request for no chillies and no spices, along with our individual taste preferences for different dishes, was handled exceptionally well. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and served beautifully. The food was absolutely delicious, and the entire catering team was simply flawless. We were also fortunate to be served by the Sous Chef, Mr. Bharat Bhushan Ji, who is an exceptionally talented and accomplished chef. His cooking skills, understanding of flavours and attention to detail were evident in every dish. The food was truly scrumptious. The serving team was equally impressive. Mohit, Harshit and Kajal Ji were extremely warm, attentive and accommodating. They responded patiently to all our requests and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. 🏔️ Beautiful Room & View Our room was beautiful, with a huge balcony offering a breathtaking view of the valley and the lake. Sitting there and enjoying the view, especially with the rain and mist around Nainital, was simply wow. The stay was comfortable, peaceful and dreamy, and a large part of that experience was because of the capable and professional individuals who took such pride in their work. The housekeeping team and everyone else we interacted with throughout the hotel were well behaved, courteous and highly professional. Overall, we had a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in until the time we left. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily rate Namah Nainital ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars. We will definitely be coming back again with our family. One Small Suggestion The only area where I feel the hotel could improve is the bathroom layout and space. Making the bathroom structures a little more spacious would make an already excellent stay even more comfortable.
