I had an excellent stay at the parallel Hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and professional throughout my visit. The front desk team was very welcoming during check-in, and the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless every day. A special thanks to Ms Tanisha from the restaurant for warm service and constant smile. Overall, the staff made me feel truly valued — I would definitely recommend this hotel
