My family and I recently spent 4 nights at the Radisson Blu Resort Phu Quoc, and it was hands down one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. From start to finish, the team treated us like absolute royalty. The seamless VIP treatment began the moment we touched down at the airport and continued consistently through our arrival, our stay, and right up until our departure transfer. The attention to detail from the entire team is unmatched. A special shout-out to the General Manager for his superb leadership, the Duty Manager for his exceptional care, and the Food & Beverage Manager for making our dining experiences so memorable. Speaking of dining, the breakfast buffet is spectacular—the variety is so vast and high-quality that it was genuinely hard to decide what to try first each morning! We also ordered in-room dining during our stay, and the food was incredibly tasty, fresh, and delivered with excellent service. The resort facilities are pristine. The pool is gorgeous, and the beach is just a short, beautiful stroll away. As for the accommodations, our room was so luxurious, comfortable, and relaxing that we honestly didn’t even want to leave it to explore the island. My 9-year-old son loved it so much he begged us to extend our stay for another week! Radisson Blu Phu Quoc may officially hold 5 stars, but their impeccable hospitality, world-class staff, and stunning amenities easily deserve a 7-star rating. We will be proudly and confidently recommending this paradise to all of our friends and relatives. We cannot wait to return!

Our family had a wonderful vacation here. Although the hotel is far from the city center and sunset town, they offer many free services. This is a very family-friendly hotel for guests with children and our kids really loved the swimming pool and kids’ club. Special thanks to MAY for allowing us to take the 14:30 bus instead of the 15:15. She was also very friendly and chatted with me throughout the trip. Thank you so much. 👍

need to improve on buggy service , should apply number system so that it is allocated on firstcomer first allocated basis . there were times 3 groups were waiting for buggy , the people who came at last were allocated the buggy first then people waiting earlier. Need to improve on your service

Stayed for a week, great hospitality & beachside property. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices . Indian vegetarian options are available in breakfast & they provide free shuttle to grand world & Airport. Lots of indian restaurants nearby in Grandworld.

I stayed here for 3 days and had a very pleasant vacation. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by plenty of greenery, and the beach is beautiful, although the waves were a bit strong during this season. Gun and Vitia were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They were always cheerful and willing to assist whenever needed. My child especially loved the swimming pool, which became the highlight of the trip. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely come back again.
