The staff was very lovely and warm/friendly, from the moment I arrived, to the moment I left. The bed are super comfortable, the rooms are clean. The body wash in my room wasn't refilled, unfortunately, and the slippers were not included. But overall, I really loved my stay there. I 100% recommend staying at Radisson Blu, you will not regret it.

The staff is amazing! They are all friendly. Housekeeping can do better but let’s leave them out for this review. I am bad with names but there’s a gentleman whose name ends with lam, aw! Please promote him or give him a raise. He was professional, helpful and kind from the day I checked in until I left. Zizipho, I remember my order returned twice and I saw no shift in her demeanour. Please create a 6 star rating for the lady who was bringing my food to the room (Zomzi I think) I called her my beautiful uber eats. To the recruitment team or supervisors who make sure the staff delivers exceptional service, well done! My beautiful uber eats I doubt the supervisor has that much impact on her service, ububele ndisure ubuncance ebeleni. Maintenance lady was sweet too. Port Elizabeth is beautiful and very clean, l enjoyed my trip and meeting new people. It was a good experience in deed. Radisson Hotel is situated next to the beach which makes it even enjoyable to book and stay there, if its cold they have heaters that make room temperature comfortable.
