Join us for a vibrant and social dining experience at ISSEI, our hotel's signature restaurant inspired by Nikkei cuisine. The Chef’s Table offers a carefully curated multi-course menu, featuring light bites, refined starters, generous main courses, and a delicate dessert.
Indulge in a balanced selection of delicate seafood, premium meats, seasonal vegetables, and rich umami flavors. A fully composed vegetarian menu is also available. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a carefully chosen wine selection.
Set at two large marble high tables in front of the open kitchen, the Chef’s Table creates an interactive and lively atmosphere. Our dining setup accommodates up to 10 guests per table, making it ideal for groups of 8 to 20.
With high stool seating, it offers a dynamic and immersive dining experience. Reservations require a minimum of 8 guests, with 4 days' notice. The experience is priced at DKK 1395 per person.

2026-06-30We had the three course menue and it was truly delicious. All three courses - the sashimi, the striploin and the sesam ice cream - were soo good.
We were lucky enough to be waited on by Alejandro and also Nacho. They were very attentive and guided us through the dinner in a very pleasant way.
