Bentley Restaurant & Bar
The shared creation of Chef Brent Savage and Sommelier Nick Hildebrandt, Bentley Restaurant & Bar has become one of the most respected restaurants in Sydney, winning multiple distinctions that include “Best New Restaurant,” “Chef of the Year,” and “Sommelier of the Year” at The Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide Awards.
Popular with travelers and local patrons alike, the restaurant features both hotel access and a street entrance at the corner of Pitt and Hunter streets. The Bentley resides on two levels: a lower bar area for up to 30 guests that offers an extensive drink selection along with a casual bar menu, and an 80-seat upper dining area with contemporary styling to enhance the upscale dining experience.
