By car:

The high-speed train, Arlanda Express, arrives and departs from Terminals 4 and 5. The journey time from Stockholm Central Station to the airport is 18 minutes.
Alternatively, take the SL commuter train to Arlanda Central Station from Stockholm Central Station. The journey time is around 38 minutes.
