This hotel is in a great location and easily accessible to a tube station. Coffee shops and restaurants are all around the area as well. Consistent with Radisson properties The staff was very welcoming and the service at the bar was impeccable.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the fish and chips in the restaurant. They were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. I also wanted to compliment the excellent service provided by Pui. She was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Hotel room was lovely, a good size and v comfortable. The staff are v helpful. The room heating is not the best and it felt a bit cool, also the bathroom was a bit on the small size. Hotel is ideally located for the Royal Albert Hall venue

We have been planning a father and daughter get away to London for a long time. I booked a non refundable room and the night before we were to check in I tested positive for Covid. The hotel only charged us for one night. I think this was very fair due the the circumstances and happy with the outcome.

We always stay at this hotel everytime we visit London because of the great location lovely staff, amazing breakfast and room size. We enjoy drinks at the bar and the close proximity to the tube station on the straight tube line from kings cross
