Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, easy walk to centre and also bus and tram line close to hotel, easy access from airport. Delicious breakfast and enjoyed the happy hour in the evening

Great base for visiting Copenhagen. It’s a short, scenic stroll to the city centre, which is a lovely way to take in more of the surroundings. The room was clean and offered great views. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something slightly away from the centre with a relaxed atmosphere.

Exceptional services and facilities, breakfast was outstanding with variety of options. Location was perfect we had room with beautiful view, commute to all attractions of the city was very convenient with local transport.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Radission. I can't understand why they have such a poor rating. Our experience was the complete opposite. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. We had dinner in the hotel and that was delicious the cocktails were lovely and breakfast was also good. Our room had a lovely view of the lake and was clean bed very comfortable. High would personally ignore the negative reviews. I'm so pleased that I did. I nearly cancelled after reading them. So my opinion is a very good hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. Happy Christmas 🎄 to you all
