Exceptional services and facilities, breakfast was outstanding with variety of options. Location was perfect we had room with beautiful view, commute to all attractions of the city was very convenient with local transport.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Radission. I can't understand why they have such a poor rating. Our experience was the complete opposite. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. We had dinner in the hotel and that was delicious the cocktails were lovely and breakfast was also good. Our room had a lovely view of the lake and was clean bed very comfortable. High would personally ignore the negative reviews. I'm so pleased that I did. I nearly cancelled after reading them. So my opinion is a very good hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. Happy Christmas 🎄 to you all

Again, have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. The hotel staff that I met were all super friendly. Rooms we good not too small and or too large lovely views comfy beds, pillows we too soft but my preference is hard. All I would say is the rooms were warm along with all areas of the hotel. But I guess if it was cold everyone would also moan. Free wine 6 to 7pm if you are a club member and breakfast was of course busy but again very good. Walk to some places was further than I was hoping so my view that was the only down side. A special thank you to Karolina that kindly let me buy the hotel crutches as unfortunately my wife had an accident with her leg and for also letting us wait till 5pm to check out so she was comfortable Great hotel and great people

Not sure why there are bad reviews, we had an excellent stay. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the metro. Only took 20 mins from the airport to hotel. Great transport into the city within 10 mins on metro. Check in was very efficient with some good recommendations for pubs and markets. We had the Radisson rewards scheme so had a free glass of wine each every evening 6-7pm, also got 15% off drinks in the bar. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. We had a high room and it was neat the lifts but the lift noise was modest and you got a great view back over the city.

The hotel was in a great location, just 15/20 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens and the start of the main shopping area. The staff were polite and very helpful and were able to let us check in after our very early flight out. Breakfast is excellent, all dietary needs catered for and a plethora of choice for all. The “wine hour” was also a lovely touch and a owrfectveay to start our evening exploits of seeing the wonders of Copenhagen by night.
