Beautiful hotel situated within 10 minutes walk from Metro station. The check-in area felt more like a concierge service rather than a standard reception area, with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was clean, modern decorated and extremely comfortable. We cannot believe how well we both slept. The breakfast had many hot and cold options and was delicious. All staff amazingly welcoming and friendly. I would personally like to thank Juan again for his kindness and understanding. I hurt my ankle while visiting the city and asked if there was a local chemist. Not only did Juan find this for us but he also gave us directions, showed us on the map, gave us bus details and then called the chemist to confirm they were open with the required item in stock. This was going above and beyond and he did this without hesitation or question, which was beyond truly appreciated. Such a caring and helpful nature and a true credit to your amazing team. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location near metro and Christianhavn. Amazing view of the city from our room with awesome sunsets. Room very clean and hotel staff super attentious. I higly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay. However, walking to highlights in town was difficult. We did walk to Tivoli and ate in food court area.

I came for the CPH Marathon, the view from the 25th floor was great. There’s enough of everything locally.

Had a premium room for free so that was very nice. A bit far from center but if you don't mind walking then it's not an issue
