Hi, We were there on the 8th of January, 2026 and it was excelent at least ! We ate the best sushi in town ! But if you want local cuisine , still a good choice . We tried beef, salad and pasta as well , did not dissapoint ! The staff was welcoming, and attentive , serving was fast , and just great, dedicated I think is the best word for them! Everywhere was clean, cozy and well kept ! So if you want a great experience , definitely check out this place ! We want to thank all of them for their great service ! Shout out to Octavian! Excelent services and sleep quality. The rooms are new and very clean. Probably the best hotel from Cluj.

All good in this hotel. Must stay in this place when u go to Cluj-Napoca. For a good stay must take the Raddison hotel.

From the moment of arrival, the warmth of the staff and the genuine, high quality service was notable, from the front desk, to the restaurant to the bar. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. A special word of commendation for Rares Mare who is Guest Relations Manager. He was truly exceptional and was generous with his time and advice about places to see, both locally and further afield. The room and facilities in the hotel are generally of a high quality and it was a peaceful and relaxed place to stay. The property itself is very well located next to the public park with a pleasant 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of the old town of Cluj. The old town itself is underrated but has a very relaxed and safe vibe with interesting sites and buildings.
