  • Staff was excellent particularly Mr Chaminda, Mr Lashan, Ms Anna and Mr Lahiru. They went beyond their duty to make our stay enjoyable. Hotel was also comfortable. Sudeera from room service was very helpful. I have travelled to Bucharest few times and stayed in many hotels and this is the hotel I would recommend anyone to stay. I would definitely come back.

  • "Angel on the Eighth floor"

  • This is my second visit to this hotel, overall I have a great experience. And I got to say this, there is an angel on the 8th floor, Claudia at the exclusive lounge makes my stay delightful. One thing bothers me is smoking and trashing remains on the pool side and jacuzzi even though kids are around. I understand we live diversified culture of sanitation and sense of public attitudes, however, smoking in the jacuzzi should be regulated. Black molds in between tiles in the swimming pool is danger in health. There should be a way to control it. Anyhow a few brilliant staff made my two stars experience reviews to 5! Thank you for your hard work!

  • I stayed here with my husband for ten days. The location is great, and there are many good parts of the hotel; however, what we love the most is the hospitality of the staff in the Executive Lounge. They are professional and always ready to help. We especially thank Claudia, who superbly manages everything so well. Her kindness and professionalism create such a wonderful atmosphere. Now we extended our stay longer and even plan to return soon.

  • Really impressed with this excellent hotel. The facilities are excellent - outdoor pool, lovely bar area and great breakfast! The staff are very attentive- particularly the host in the executive lounge Tharmindu- hope I hot his name correct!

  • Very elegant hotel and luxurious hotel. Definitely the best house in town. Exceptionally friendly staff/service. Solid bar in the lobby. Breakfast buffet is very very good. We felt very comfortable
