We have just returned from another sojourn, this time for 8 nights (including the end of the Christmas period and the New Year's Eve) at the RADISSON BLU - BUCHAREST The hospitality was perfect and impeccable, as always The entire hotel staff, without exception, smiled and served us perfectly (even family-like, I would say) Starting with Daniel (the iconic and loyal bellhop/attendant who greeted us with a warm "Welcome Home") and continuing with the two executive ladies, Mihaela and Madalina, who made our check-in quick and seamless As guests in an Executive Room, we were delighted with the excellent services and refreshments of the Lounge The Lounge, despite its temporary location on the ground floor, functioned flawlessly and excellently We will mention, as always, the excellent Claudia and Marius with their elite service awareness - they not only served us, but also behaved as dear friends Another kind word of emphasis to Mr. Nicolae who went out of his way to bring the dishes from the kitchen to the Lounge - a gentle and cheerful man The entire Lobby Duty Team, Mihaela, Madalina, Daniela and of course the wonderful and always smiling Mariana, made our time enjoyable and gave us a real feeling that we were welcome and appreciated Last but not least: Mrs. Geta Vasile, Assistant Manager Housekeeping Always around, always caring, always guiding her team closely - and therefore indeed the entire housekeeping is excellent !! Bravo The Lobby Team, young but experienced, helped us with every request and demand Since I am an honest and trustworthy person, I will also mention something not so pleasant (which happened right at the moment we left) We checked out on January 4th, 2026 towards morning At exactly 06:00 the Airport transfer vehicle, which we had booked in advance, arrived It had rained heavily all night, and continued into the morning There were two of us, with 4 valises and a few more handbags A group of about 6 (pilots and flight attendants) were waiting with us Their shuttle arrived at the same minute as ours While we were waiting for the shuttle, three elegantly dressed bellhops in winter coats were hanging around the entrance door - doing nothing, just talking to each other Just as they noticed that the shuttles had arrived, all of them miraculously disappeared It was more than clear to us that the disappearance was on purpose - they probably did not want to get wet...all of them The flight crew also noticed the mysterious disappearance (or maybe not so much mysterious) and they mentioned it to us (by the way, Daniel whom I mentioned above, was not among them - when he is present, he always helps) What a pity that such a good vacation ended on a sad tone...and wet Helly and Yossi Keren

We arrived at Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest late at night while traveling with friends, and from the very first moment, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The night shift staff greeted us warmly, with genuine kindness and professionalism that instantly made us feel welcome after a long journey. Shortly after getting to our room, we encountered a small issue. What truly stood out was how effortlessly and promptly the night team handled it — they changed our room immediately, no hesitation, no inconvenience, just calm efficiency and care. Thanks to them, our night continued seamlessly and comfortably. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful: elegant, spacious, and immaculately clean. Every area we visited reflected a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail, which added so much to the feeling of comfort and luxury. Exceptional service, stunning surroundings, and a team that genuinely cares about guest experience — Radisson Blu Bucharest truly sets the bar high. We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The experience was fantastic, it was a very beautiful hotel, the staff, especially the night shift was amazing, kind and very welcoming. We had trouble with the early check in but they handled everything very professionally and with empathy. We will surely come back. The room was very nice and clean.

I arrived at the hotel at 1 am. The reception staff 2 ladies and a manager welcomed me very nicely and very generously. We started the trip with a wonderful welcome. The manager was very thoughtful. Amazing hotel.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable with nice 5star offerings. We stayed at a very busy time during Christmas so the reception was bit crazy, but overall the lobby areas and restaurants were large and good. The hotel breakfast was very good. The executive lounge we also had on our room also was very nice but would have been nicer if it had more sofas and a larger area. Room facilities had everything a 5 star should and also the first day complimentary minibar included 4-5 soft drinks and a beer was nice touch. Beds comfortable and the room balcony looking to the pool side was nice. Our room was quiet but due to hotel being very busy some guests did complain on noise in certain places. We were ok. We had paid for an upgrade and early check in to the suit room which was good for family of 3. Overall a nice 3 night stay. Bucharest was not that much our liking as a city but the hotel made it worthwhile.
