We travel all over the world and this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in Staff were all fabulous. Breakfast great Our room had the best amenities including a steamer.It was my wish that hotels everywhere switched from irons to steamers.a hair dryer that you could move around and not have to hold the button down the whole time. Fabulous shower and bed. Quiet room. All in all someone actually thought about what a room should have to make it comfortable and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay Sent from my iPhone

We had a wonderful short stay at art’otel Zagreb, a Radisson Hotels lifestyle brand. The hotel is ideally located close to the main attractions of the Old Town, all within easy walking distance. What stood out most was the absolutely perfect staff. From reception to restaurant and housekeeping, everyone was extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on guest comfort. Their dedication and warm attitude made a real difference to our stay. The hotel is a beautifully restored historic building with an elegant decorative façade. Our room was not very large, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. It was modern and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the excellent small espresso machine with capsules in the room – delicious coffee! Breakfast was of outstanding quality: fresh, healthy, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully curated. The selection was not overly large, but just right – in our view, less is more, and the quality was absolutely top class. Another highlight was the rooftop bar – truly amazing. The panoramic views over Zagreb’s rooftops were unforgettable. The baby spinach salad was especially delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We were also very impressed by the pool and sauna area: modern, extremely clean, and maintained with great attention to detail. It was a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing in the city. Service in both the breakfast area and the rooftop bar was consistently friendly, warm, and highly professional. A truly wonderful stay – thank you!

I so do not subscribe to the opinion that a hotel room is just to sleep in. I find a good hotel room makes all the difference and to me is part of the experience of travelling. My recent (short) trip to Zagreb was made all the much better by my stay at art'otel. Location: perfect, literally one block away from the main square. Decor: stylish, very comfy. Rooms: excellent, modern, all amenities from coffee machine to great shower, smart tv, and all the small touches that make all the difference. Staff: very friendly, accommodating, make you feel at home. Breakfast: very nice, mix of buffet and a la carte. The a la carte options especially, are really nice and yummy (and will set you up for the day!). Rooftop bar: nice evening chill place. Spa: didn't get to try it as I was there for a short while, but I had a look and it seems compact but lovely. Wouldn't have minded spending some time there. In short: very highly recommended, it will be one of the highlights of your stay in Zagreb.

I’m visiting Art ‘otel regularly and it amazes me every time. Especially the spa and wellness center, whose services I often use as an external guest when I am in Zagreb. I treat myself frequently with spa day just for the pleasant ambiance and perfectly designed treatments. The therapists create a wonderfully authentic atmosphere with their energy and professional approach. The manager Marko takes care of all the details with exceptional enthusiasm and creates the royal experience for anyone who use facilities at the Art ‘otel Spa Center.

Great location. Close to the main square. Lots of choices for dining. Room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Service was very good especially the lady running the breakfast. Overall an excellent place to stay. Made our time in Zagreb unforgettable.
