Tram to city center is on the door of the hotel(walidafiouny)
There is parking available on site and a tram outside the front door to the Duomo(Peter H)
Pool is outdoors and closed 6 months of the year, food is bad quality. Modema gastronia cafe over the road is brilliant!(Trek13349465726)

Be careful to use the garage when arriving with sports cars, ramp is extremely steep, front spoilers are at risk!(MichaelThorstenSchwe)

"Location was the best"

Very nice hotel. Good breakfest and attention to details, eg. Flip flops and sun glasses in the pool side provided. Good gym. Here value meets the price. Absolutely Excelent location, near and by walking distance from Duomo, Canals (must place to eat), shopping, main sights and easy access to metro and thus easy acces to the airport via metro and train. However we had some small issues with housekeeping with our stay, towels were removed from hangers but never replaced, one day no show on housekeeping, so we had to contact reception... Still these are minor issues and all in all lovely visit and Will return when in Milan (please mang fix the housekeeping issues).

The hotel is clean and well organized, the lobby is beautiful, and the check-in process was quick and done in the morning (which was really nice). The rooms are clean, spacious, and modern, and they have everything you need. The hotel is very beautiful, though it’s not located in the most central area, and the sound of the train inside the room can be a bit disturbing. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel. Breakfast has a really nice atmosphere — it’s just a shame they don’t make omelets in front of the guests; you have to order them through the waiters, and by the time it arrives…

"Lovely hotel with relaxing ambiance and great service."

From the moment my husband and I stepped into this hotel, we felt like we were staying with family. We were greeted as if they knew us in particular the Guest Experience Manager Shiama Devi, welcomed us as if she knew us from just a few emails in the past. Nothing was too difficult, and she went above and beyond to try and find us last minute tickets to the Last Supper. The Hotel itself is very deceiving from the outside but when you walk in, there is a calm sophistication about it. Our room was lovely and quiet, and overlooked the pool area. The Bathroom was a nice sized and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and offered a great service. The bar area of the hotel was also relaxing and inviting. Again the team at the bar were friendly and inviting. The hotel is within walking distance to the Duomo, Navigli, and many other cafes and restaurants. Staying at the Radisson collection Hotel Santa Sofia was a great way to end our 4 weeks in Europe. Thank you to all the team for making our last 2 nights very memorable ♥️. We would definitely stay here again if in Milan
