Connected meetings in Gdansk

Good meetings start with the right setup. At Radisson Hotel & Apartments Gdansk, all nine of our meeting rooms have natural daylight, high-speed Wi-Fi, and audiovisual technology, so you can focus on your agenda from the first session to the last.

Whether you are running a meeting, a conference, or a hybrid session with colleagues joining online, our dedicated event coordinator is here to help you plan the setup that suits your group and your day.

Daylight, Wi-Fi, and audiovisual tools

Every meeting room at the hotel shares the same essentials, so you can plan with confidence. All nine of our meeting rooms are equipped with a microphone to help every speaker be heard and a whiteboard for sketching ideas in real time.

A flip chart with markers makes it easy to conduct workshops and group exercises. Free Wi-Fi supports presentations and video calls, and high-quality audiovisual equipment, including an LED or LCD projector, helps your content come across clearly.

Share your agenda with our event coordinator ahead of time, and the room can be prepared to match your plans.
