We are currently staying here at the hotel. After reading the reviews, we were a bit apprehensive as some were good and some not so. The location is great, I don’t know why some people didn’t give location top marks as it is very central and only a 15-30 mins walk into the city centre. The hotel! We are having an excellent stay here. On arrival, we were greeted with such hospitably staff, who were friendly, speedy and very efficient. Nothing was too much for them. It just kept getting better. Our room was lovely. We upgraded to a junior suite and it is really worth it. A big room, lovely bathroom and great space. They have a suite option too, would like to see what that’s like as it’s one above the suite. Breakfast was cosy, small but they have everything you need. The make eggs how you want to order, there’s also a separate tea, juice and Bloody Mary drinks option included. The fitness room was great for me as I was the only one there. It’s kept clean and even though it’s small it has everything you need. The lobby area is nice with some water, apples and sweets replenished daily. I only have positives to say about this hotel, it’s been one of our best stays as we usually only stay in Novotels. The staff just go above and beyond and nothing is too much. The ladies at reception are an assist to asset to the team. The management team were very friendly and on hand to help. I requested better pillows and they ensured we had them. I would really recommend this hotel for sure. Thank you to the management team and all the staff.

A great and a fantastic accommodation for family! We had a premium and a suite. They were amazing and not expensive! Everything was perfect !

I had the pleasure of interacting with the reception team between the 12th and the 15th, and I must say they were outstanding. Every receptionist I encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Thank you Valentina, Sara, Ermano, Triestine, Chiara for making it a lovely time for me and my family. Apologies if I left any name out. You were also very flexible and easy to deal with, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. What stood out most was the consistency of their service, no matter who was on duty, the level of professionalism and warmth never wavered. Their ability to anticipate needs and make guests feel comfortable created a memorable impression that I truly appreciated. Plus the upgrades ... I will gladly recommend Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. The location in addition to all the above is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
