I had the pleasure of interacting with the reception team between the 12th and the 15th, and I must say they were outstanding. Every receptionist I encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Thank you Valentina, Sara, Ermano, Triestine, Chiara for making it a lovely time for me and my family. Apologies if I left any name out. You were also very flexible and easy to deal with, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. What stood out most was the consistency of their service, no matter who was on duty, the level of professionalism and warmth never wavered. Their ability to anticipate needs and make guests feel comfortable created a memorable impression that I truly appreciated. Plus the upgrades ... I will gladly recommend Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. The location in addition to all the above is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

We stayed for four nights in this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, close to the metro and within walking distance to many landmarks, but far enough away from the hustle of a big city, with charming neighbourhood cafes and restaurants close by. The rooms are bigger then average for a European hotel with comfortable beds and a very well designed bathroom. The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend.
