





Reading some of the other reviews, I think people are really nitpicking. This is a newly-refurbished hotel that is both clean and modern. The staff we encountered were pleasant (like everyone in Norway) and professional. The rooms are designed well, and there was surprisingly enough room to open all our luggage without tripping over anything (which, I think, is a first for us in Europe). Being winter, it did get too hot in the room and the thermostat seemed to not be modifiable. Once we figured out that we could crack the window, it cooled off to our liking. Bathroom was very clean and housekeeping did a great job. No one in my family had any complaints about this hotel. The gym is small-ish, but quite nice. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we're ever lucky enough to return to Oslo. This is, no joke, a great mid-class hotel.
Top rate experience from start to finish! The friendliness from the staff from arrival until departure could not be faulted. Nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast, there's definitly something for everyone, it's easy to fill up for the day ahead. I particularly loved that the coffee was already at the table and piping hot when you were seated. As for the rooms, very comfortable, spacious, a shower that beats most I've ever tried. Not sure what else there is, other than I couldn't find a single fault, already looking at when I'll return.
We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, soundproof, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, a modern steam iron, and ironing board. One room had a balcony; the others had large windows. Coffee makers with daily-refreshed capsules and infusions were a nice touch, and extras were easily requested via the app. I appreciated the hotel’s sustainability efforts. Bathrooms were a good size with quality toiletries and large safes. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, including a gluten-free corner. Staff were kind and helpful—special thanks to Lilo at reception! Housekeeping was impeccable. Excellent value for a 4-star hotel—5/5!
