Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow - Vurdering fra reisende fra TripAdvisor

Jeg kom frustrert inn i resepsjonen og fortalte at jeg nettopp hadde glemt sekken min med mobiltelefon, pass, og annet viktig utstyr på London Euston stasjon. Jeg lurte på om de kunne hjelpe meg å ringe dit, men de sa bare "Beklager, det er dessverre ikke vår jobb". Det endte opp med tre ekstra/unødvendige taxi-turer til 250 pund.

We stayed a night before a flight as we live a long way from the airport so like to drive down and leave the car. We chose the hotel as keeping our keys is important to us. There weren’t any parking spaces near the front but plenty round the back and we walked round the front and was met by a lovely check in lady who assigned our room immediately and showed us where to go. The standard room is small but it’s fine for the one night we need. Has a bath and shower, kettle and coffee/tea, 2 free bottles of water and a fridge. The safe was showing low battery so we didn’t dare use it! The view was on a rooftop and other room windows but we weren’t here to look out of the window. The bar is standard airport bar prices - £7 a pint, £11-£14 for a cocktail, £11 for a glass of wine. All the drinks we tried were great. We chose to eat in the bar and the food was really good. Again, usual pricing - £20 for a burger and chips etc. there is a pub over the road but you need to book early as by the time we looked it was booked up. The hotel is cash free so you need to pay by card. The bed was comfy and we had a great night sleep. There’s a machine in the lobby where you can arrange shared rides or taxis for the journey to the airport. We booked shared ride which was £14.99 for 2 people. We used the pool/sauna. Despite the hotel being cash free they require you to have £1 for a locker. We didn’t have one and no one could change a note for us but the kind lady on reception gave us £1 and said to donate to charity instead of bringing it back which I thought was a nice touch. We travel to LHR a few times a year and will definitely come here again.

All staff very friendly and helpful. We were made very welcome . The rooms very clean and spacious, the evening menu small but had good choices, the pizza and fish and chips very tasty. Breakfast was excellent. The staff all worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly stay again when I am next in Heathrow and would strongly recommend to family and friends

I've only stayed in 2 Radissons helsinki and Leeds both were really good and amazing breakfasts. So instead of staying premier inn the night before my flight I took a chance on radisson. So glad I did. Staff were really nice. The rooms were quite large. Beds were comfortable. Massive shower. And USB sockets next to the bed. The breakfast as usual was really good. There only downside was the outdoor seating area it really could do with an upgrade. Regardless of this I would stay here again

Stayed here before the refurbishment and change is spectacular. Still the same large rooms with generous bathroom however dated room deviders and wall finished have been replaced with vibrant colours and textures. Bed was super comfortable and amenities top notch. It was particualy nice to see the attention paid to environmental concerns, bottled pumped toiletries, penclels not pens, butter, jam and sauces decanted at breakfast not in single use pots and many more good examples. The bar is comfortable and bar food akin to a good pub. A particular mention to Shaun at reception who after receiving some very unfair criticism and being the victim of quite obnoxious behaviour by the guest ahead of me. Picked him self up and made a real effort to make us feel welcome even though he was clearley upset. (We mentioned this situation to his line manager on the day and understand the matter would be raised with the quest concerned - which in its self was great to see). Overall a top notch stay in a lovley hotell - We will be back.
