Very happy with our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge in room. Complimentary water. Decent pressure in shower. WiFi works well. Not too much noise from outside despite proximity to the airport. Didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment.

Great place to stay before a flight from Heathrow. Bar and restaurant also good,comfy beds! Quite also a friendly staff.

Receptionist who checked us in was lovely and welcoming. The bar staff are friendly, helpful and great. Will happily use hotel again next time.

Ideal location for both T5 and T3/T2. One night stay. Found hotel very busy. Great atmosphere. Cannot fault anything, other than the usual internal noise from other guest.

Jeg kom frustrert inn i resepsjonen og fortalte at jeg nettopp hadde glemt sekken min med mobiltelefon, pass, og annet viktig utstyr på London Euston stasjon. Jeg lurte på om de kunne hjelpe meg å ringe dit, men de sa bare "Beklager, det er dessverre ikke vår jobb". Det endte opp med tre ekstra/unødvendige taxi-turer til 250 pund.
