We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Golf & Convention Centre, and I would especially like to commend the management and front desk team for their exceptional service and genuine care. The staff were consistently friendly, warm and helpful throughout our stay. What truly stood out, however, was how they took care of us when my daughter suddenly fell sick with a high fever. We contacted the front desk for help, and they immediately arranged for a doctor from the hospital to come to the hotel to see her. They kept us updated on the medical bill, ensured that her medication was promptly delivered to our room, and the following day, they called to check on how she was doing. They even kindly offered to arrange breakfast delivery to our room for the whole family, which was such a thoughtful gesture during a stressful time. The level of care and attentiveness we received went far beyond what we expected from a hotel. A big thank you to the manager and the front desk staff who assisted us your kindness, professionalism and personal attention made a difficult situation much easier for us. We would definitely recommend Radisson Golf & Convention Centre. Thank you for making our stay memorable for all the right reasons!
