We just hosted our high-level VIP intensive retreat at your property. The entire experience was nothing short of fabulous. As a retreat host, the venue and support team are everything. Mr. Berri, the Assistant Director of Sales, and his team were incredible partners from the very start. They showed outstanding flexibility in helping us adapt our booking to a more intimate "private roundtable" format, which was required to the retreat's success. I was impressed with our session space. The room was beautifully and comfortably set up, creating a conducive atmosphere for our deep-dive work. A special highlight was the F&B team; our tea breaks were delicious, elegantly decorated, and the team's meticulous care in handling the special dietary requirements of our participants was a high-quality touch that everyone loved. From the moment we were picked up, the service was seamless. Our driver, Mr. Seno, was the epitome of professional and courteous service, ensuring our transfers were comfortable and completely stress-free. We would love to express our gratitude for his wonderful hospitality. He's one of the main contributor who made our stay feel so conducive, especially by warmly acknowledging us with a smile every time we met him in the hotel. This culture of personal recognition truly sets your hotel apart. I also felt so welcomed when Ms. Yess (who administered my check-in during a previous stay) took the effort to personally acknowledge me and check in on my experience when she saw me. The entire team made us feel cared for, is the greatest gift for any event host, as it allowed me to fully focus on my sessions. Thank you for a truly memorable experience!
