Great, beautiful hotel! Prosecco at check-in, delicious order-from-menu breakfast, big sleeping rooms. Close enough to walk to most attractions but away from hustle and bustle. Highly recommend!

The staff is very kind and helpful, the entire place has a beautiful unique design with attention to small details, very comfortable room, warm atmosphere, clean and most importantly amazing slippers and robes!! Worth it

"Excellent boutique hotel"

When we arrived at the Art’otel we were very disappointed at the service from the reception staff.They were very busy, but this was no excuse for being unfriendly and rude.However, by the time we left they had redeemed themselves and I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel. The reception staff were very apologetic and I do accept that they were under pressure when we arrived. The service and attention that we received was excellent.The accommodation top class and the restaurant excellent.We had booked a restaurant for dinner and had a drink in the hotel bar ,before going out.We were given some canapés from the restaurant with our drink.They were so good that we cancelled the restaurant and had dinner in the hotel restaurant ,which was not a disappointment.

The art'otel Rome Piazza Sallustio is a fantastic hotel that's a work of art in itself. It features an extensive collection and offers great amenities. The rooms are gorgeous, ours boasting unique touches like a Dyson Airwrap, a clothes steamer, and a record player. During our stay we also enjoy the on-site sauna and gym. The restaurant, YEZI, serves excellent Asian fusion food (a work of art in itself) in a vibrant, stylish setting. The live DJ created a relaxed ambience and really enhanced an already perfect evening. The staff were all incredibly attentive, providing exceptional service. The Vespa side car tour that they recommended was a fantastic and unique way to see the City. It's an ideal choice for travelers seeking a luxurious and unique stay in Rome and I hope to back for a return visit again soon. Highly recommended.
