Meeting technology and amenities in central Copenhagen
Every conference suite comes fitted with audiovisual equipment and natural daylight, and free Wi-Fi runs throughout the meeting and event facilities, so the technical side of your day should not need much thought from anyone.
Meeting technology that works for you
All of our conference suites at Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen come with audiovisual equipment as standard, and meeting rooms include a television with mirror casting, so presentations move from device to screen without a hunt for the right cable.
Free Wi-Fi runs throughout the meeting and event facilities, and every meeting suite has natural daylight.
Audiovisual equipment and screen casting
All of our conference suites are equipped with audiovisual equipment, so there is no separate rental to arrange and no delivery window to build into your schedule. Meeting rooms include a television with mirror casting, which means a laptop, tablet, or phone goes on screen without cables or adapters, useful when several people are presenting in turn.
Every meeting suite also has natural daylight to make the space far easier to photograph if your event is being documented.
