I write this review whilst still staying at this lovely hotel . The hotel is approx 20 mins from the Airport in a quiet area at the end of the peninsula. Our room was ready when we arrived at 11am , the hotel areas are spotlessly clean , reception was extremely efficient and helpful. The rooms are modern, clean and have everything you could need . Our room has a balcony overlooking the pool , it’s lovely , no complaints . House keeping come in daily , change the towels (which are big and fluffy) . We’ve had our bed linen changed while we’ve been here for a week. If you need anything extra ,housekeeping provide it with a smile .The pool is saltwater, the areas around the pool are well kept and again spotless . We were sat on the sun-beds by 11.30am to start our holiday . We booked bed and breakfast and have eaten at the hotel for lunch and dinner occasionally. The food is very good , plenty of everything and buffet style for breakfast and evening meal(34 euro) Drinks are similar prices to at home . There is a supermarket down the road about 15 mins walk away . Wine is quite pricey, but the local wine is very good so we just went with it . There is a small pebble beach , a walk through the gardens and down steps about 5 mins away . It’s like a little pebbly cove , it does get very busy and is used by the locals too . Cliff jumping throughout the day and into the evening . There are also big double size sun-beds in the gardens under the trees which are very nice . Overall I honestly can’t find any negatives with this hotel and the facilities it has to offer its guests . My only reservation should their be one is it’s around 20 minutes by bus to Pula (2 euro) , there are no other places around to eat or drink other than Raddison Hotels which are all on this very large complex … But the bus stop is easily accessible, approx 15 mins walk away , so it’s not a bid deal really. Yes we would come back .

A big group of international organisation spent one week working in Pula and staying in the Hotel that was exceptional. The rooms were excellently equipped (just one remark: why exactly the bathroom mirror was dark where you need to see your face details?), the room maids were paying attention which type of tea I am drinking and filled it up very cautiously every day. Special thanks for the last day care of the reception, exactly Tamara, whose assistance I exceptionally appreciated. The most special service was provided by the staff of the restaurant where we had half board. They were polite, quick, all speaking perfect English and most helpful. From the way of greeting at the arrival until warning us about the last moments of service, including an occasion where the waiter told me that she is leaving and passing me to the services of her colleague, this shows real care and hospitality (we are all involved in the tourism industry). Thank you for this additional service and congratulation to the management to have such a team.

We had a brilliant stay at Park Plaza Arena Pula in September 2025. We booked an interconnecting room, which was perfect for our family. The room was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The hotel itself is spotless, and the staff are friendly without being overbearing. They are attentive but never intrusive, which for us was the perfect balance. The food was excellent. We booked half board and thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner each day. We also had lunch at the hotel during our stay, which was equally delicious. The location is ideal—very close to the beach and just a short walk to a park, other hotels, a coffee shop, and the marina. We will definitely be visiting again. It was a fantastic stay.

We have written many reviews over the years of the various hotels we have stayed in. The Park Plaza Arena in Pula is at the very top of these. We stayed here for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. First of all, the service of ALL staff was incredible. We would like to thank everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. It started well, when we checked in and found bubbles and snacks in our room together with a note wishing us a happy wedding anniversary. All around the hotel, we received service with a smile, genuine helpfulness, and good communication. Some (pool bar staff) even went over and beyond what was expected. We were given a bus timetable on arrival and told where the bus stop was (max 10 minute walk from hotel). It was so easy to use the public transport into Pula centre. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast (between 9 and 10am), and it was always spotless. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and extremely varied. If anything had run out, we only had to mention it to the staff and a refill would arrive very quickly. We prefer to eat out at independent restaurants but we did use the evening buffet once. The food was high quality, and the wine/beer was good too. The deep tissue massage I had was excellent. We did not use the pool more than an hour per day but there always seemed to be plenty of loungers, chairs and tables. It is hard to find anything less positive to write about - but if we have to mention something it would be the music around the pool, which was unnecessary and slightly annoying in our view. We would love to return!

Lovely hotel, with an excellent buffet breakfast, comfortable rooms, efficient laundry service, and a short walk to the sea, with a beautiful view; we would stay there again
