Choosing the right space
The right room depends less on its dimensions than on the shape of your evening.
- For a seated dinner, choose one of our larger meeting suites. Natural daylight suits an early reception, and the room takes a table plan comfortably later on.
- For a smaller gathering, our compact suites hold a private dinner or a drinks reception without leaving a group rattling around in too much space.
- For an evening that moves, think about where guests arrive, where they eat, and where they end up, then let us set the rooms in that order.
Every suite has audiovisual equipment and screen casting, so speeches and playlists are simple to run.
Menus and catering
Our chef writes three-course menus for groups and can adapt them for special requests or build them around seasonal ingredients, so tell us what you need while the date is still being fixed.
Worth confirming early:
- Dietary needs across the guest list, which shape the menu rather than sit beside it.
- Timing, particularly how long you want between courses and speeches.
- How formal the evening should feel, which changes the service as much as the food.
Drinks can run from a welcome glass of Champagne on arrival through wine with dinner to an open bar afterwards.
