I am putting excellent instead of good, not because everything was excellent-some rooms were with issues with AC, and, actually, I have changed 4 rooms to find the one that works well, but the staff, that was exceptionally, extraordinary friendly and supportive, was doing just everything to help you and solve the issue. It was clean, with superb view to the river and old city, 10-15 minutes walk to the center, just crossing the bridge. Good spa, although I had a time to use it just once. It is in a quite noise-free neighborhood. Overall atmosphere is good, especially because of friendly staff. I would say it is good value for money, definitely. Try to get a room in a renovated part, but they are extensively renovating now, so their capacity is bigger and bigger. Also good conference amentities. I would like to emphasize the support we got from Evija, Gustav and Nadezhda-Evija and Gustav were our savers to find an appropriate room with working AC and Nadezhda was responsible for our event management-awesome support! I do hope, the hotel management will promote them for their professionalism and approach to the customers!

Dates: 12.05.2026 - 17.05.2026 Purpose: Business Trip Comments: Wonderful location. Grand view to the old city and Daugava river. Atmosphere is a cozy. Rooms are enough big. Strongly recommend you to choose rooms with view to Daugava. In room stays modern system of AC. All facilities are exist and clean. Rooms are very isolated and no noise from other rooms. Service is good and react immediately

2nd stay at this hotel. Very comfortable and nice rooms for Radisson Rewards members and fantastic staff. My choice whenever I go to Riga I even had a small balcony on my room overlooking the river. Food quality is great too!

Everything is fine.The hotel is convenient for staying with children. It is located in a beautiful place, close to many picturesque buildings, monuments, churches, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast is delicious, there is something for every taste, and you are given plenty of time to eat. The reception staff are friendly and always ready to help. We booked a room for three people with a spa. So we had a wonderful time relaxing in the sauna and swimming in the pool. We liked everything.

We were in shock to find out that you have to pay a lot extra to use the pool. On the advertisements it clearly shows extra charge for taxi, extra charge for extra bed, but no place could I see a charge for the pool. Their charge for the pool was very high for 2 hours. So we were all very disappointed to stay 6 days and not get to use the pool. Even with all of the good....you don't forget disappointment like that.
