The hotel is in great location, great view, clean rooms, the pool is under construction but the most valuable thing in this hotel is Adas- the concierge of the hotel. He was perfect!! He made our trip.great with amazing tips and care. So the pillows are amazing, the shower was great , the bad is super comfortable but the sixth star ✨ is Adas. Thank you for making it so special.
We stayed in Standard Collection Room. It was very spacious, everything was spotlessly clean and ready for our leisure time. The bed was large, and it was great for our small family of 3 - with our 2 year old son. I am not a good sleeper in strange places, therefore, it's hard for me to rate the sleep quality. The service at the registration and concierge was exceptional, we were glad that they could store our 2 bikes in the hotel. As for parking - I recommend parking in the red zone or come without a car, as it's not so convenient location with a car. Breakfast was good and tasty, could have been more choice.
This hotel used to be fairly average but they closed, thoroughly renovated and reopened only 2 years ago under Radisson's top brand: Radisson Collection. This is now a much better fit for such an iconic and historical hotel. The hotel is more than 100 years old, has character and is in a great location in the city. I saw the hotel was fully booked on the second night of our stay so I expected the upgrade to be difficult as VIP tier guest. To my surprise, we were proactively upgraded to a suite nonetheless which we highly appreciated. The suite was a bit small 45 sqm but it had 1.5 bath which was convenient, plus the room had hardwood floors and good quality build in genereal. We had nice city views as well, it was one of their nicest rooms. Breakfast was above average, there was a mix of buffet and a la carte menu, including some local features such as Birch Sap and they had free flow sparkling wine. The one aspect which felt a bit off compared to big hotel chains was service. There were some minor flaws or some clumsy things, like nobody at entrance outdoors to pick our suitcases when we arrived, some staff in the restaurant a bit rude, which rarely happen with big chains in such upscale hotels. There was also a long queue for payment at check-out. At the same time as we departed our room, staff already brought a welcome gift to the next guest and the room was not even clean yet, which was weird that we had access to that gift, if we had not paid attention one of our daughter might have chewed on some of the sweets. Even though it was not perfect, overall I was pleased with our stay and I would return.
I was delighted by every detail at the Radisson Astoria. The spirit of the staff, top to bottom, was sunny. If I return to Vilnius I'll absolutely be staying here!
I already left a review during one of my previous stays, and it’s not my habit to keep posting reviews after every visit to the same place. But I have to say—once again—everything was absolutely exceptional and far beyond expectations. My art fund also had a collaboration with the hotel, where together we organized a beautiful live painting session by one of Lithuania’s best painters, Linas Kaziulionis. The hotel’s support and organization were flawless—they took care of every detail with great professionalism. I’m truly grateful to the entire hotel staff for their kindness and attention. Special thanks to General Manager Indrė and Reservations Manager Dovilė for always being incredibly attentive and helpful.
