- The Offer is available for new groups, meetings and events booked with a contractual agreement and held between June 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021 (“Eligible Booking”).
- A 15% commission will be awarded to the meeting and event planner (“Planner”) on Eligible Bookings and Radisson Rewards Points will be awarded to both the Planner and the Client executing the agreement.
- This offer is only valid for newly contracted group bookings, meetings and events.
- Eligible Bookings must include the reservation of at least 10 rooms on the peak nights of the meeting/event.
- The planner must mention the Promotion and their Radisson Rewards number at the start of the booking process.
- Eligible bookings can be made with the Participating Hotel’s Meetings & Events Department, Sales Group Desk or any third party platform that a Planner uses to source business.
- No attrition or cancellation fees will be charged if the event is cancelled at least 4 days in advance. If the group booking, meeting, or event is canceled within 3 days of the event, the attrition/cancellation fee policy found in the contractual agreement will apply.
- The Offer is subject to all Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions.
- The Offer is only valid at participating Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Radisson, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Park Plaza and Park Inn by Radisson hotels in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean that are listed on the landing page for the Offer (“Participating Hotels”).
- The Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. The number of rooms available for this Offer at Participating Hotels may be limited. The Offer, the Participating Hotels and/or the applicable terms and conditions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
