I’d like to take a moment to compliment the patience and efficiency of the reception staff. At the time of check in, it was very busy with an unavoidable queue at both self check in and in-person check in. The staff members were dealing with multiple enquiries at the same time helping every single guest with pure patience, calmness and professionalism. Some guests were less patient however the staff dealt with each guest with equal professionalism. Too quick in the world, people are soon to criticise but we must take the time to compliment good customer service. Thank you very much to all of the staff at Raddison who complete their tasks in a busy climate with utter professionalism.

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto, las habitaciones están súper cómodas, amplias y tienen una limpieza excelente. El personal súper amable, llegamos muy tarde y nos ayudaron con todo.

Habitation super espaciosa, moderna, con aire acondicionado. El staff super amigable, self check out facility y rapido. El gym es bueno, no muy grande pero tiene todas las maquinas necesarias. Lo volvería a elegir.
