We’re so pleased to hear that you enjoyed our great location, nearby parking options and that you found your room spacious and clean. It’s wonderful to know you had an overall great experience with us.
I’m sorry, however, that the pool temperature did not feel as expected during your visit. Our pool is heated, but we understand that comfort levels can vary and we will certainly have our team recheck the settings to ensure they are consistent and in line with our standards.
Thank you as well for your comments regarding robes and slippers. Currently, these are included with certain room categories and packages, but we completely understand your perspective and appreciate the suggestion. Feedback like yours is invaluable as we review how we can enhance the experience for all guests.
