Food keeps an event moving, so ours is built around the shape of the day rather than a fixed menu.

Through the day

• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks come with the full-day package, and a morning break with the half-day.
• Buffet lunches come with a soft drink and coffee or tea, and lighter options suit groups who want to stay sharp.
• Two mineral waters per attendee are included in both packages.

For the evening

• Gala dinners sit at the other end of the scale, and The Restaurant can be converted into a private event venue.

Delegates with allergies or dietary restrictions can be served specially prepared meals, so tell us early.
