A hidden gem! What an amazing restaurant with lovely staff. The atmosphere is great and it’s right on the beach. It has outside seating and inside with a lovely bar so perfect if you are just looking for drinks too. It’s an Asian restaurant that has options for all, from sushi to noodles, pad Thai, curries. There were three of us and we shared the aubergine bao buns for a starter and we had one each. The best bao buns I’ve had. I had the summer roll sushi maki for main and was so tasty. The service was excellent and they serve everything on the cutest plates and bowls. Thank you to all of the staff but especially Manasha who was our waitress, she explained everything and was so lovely. A must visit if you’re in Galle. This is part of the Radisson Blu hotel but open to those who aren’t staying. Unfortunately the hotel did not tell us about this restaurant and we found it by accident, we found it on our last day and luckily were able to book a table. So glad we did but the hotel should let all their guests know about Yazu. Do better Raddison Blu!!
